I tried cloning my github repo using the SSH and HTTPS link provided. I would get a red notification [object Object] or 'Can't perform this action' error.

URL Scheme:
https://github.com/gabrielluong/orion.server.git
git@github.com:gabrielluong/orion.server.git

I also tried another github repo, but no luck.

Console provides the following:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 (Bad Request) https://orion.eclipse.org/gitapi/clone/

Update: It seems to require a refresh to see the newly cloned repo, but the red notification was alarming.

This is not an issue in latest git UI.
