sample to reproduce

Run the attached sample code on Ubuntu Linux 12.04. Ctrl-A/C/X work fine, but Ctrl-Z doesn't.

Reproducible on GTK3.22, 4.8 M6, Fedora 27.
Comment 2 Eric Williams CLA 2018-05-04 14:30:53 EDT
I looked into this further, this is a platform limitation as the action is not natively supported by GTK. Does this work on Win/Mac?
Comment 3 Thomas Singer CLA 2018-05-07 09:43:18 EDT
At least on Windows it works.

I'll try on Mac later today. Either way we should update the Javadocs for the GTK side of things so end users know that undo isn't supported. If they need it desperately there is always StyledText.

I can confirm it works on Mac. I'll update the Javadocs for 4.9.

Eric, do you plan to do this for 4.9? If not, please re-target as required.
