It seems there after Kepler was released there are no 4.3 I-builds of Eclipse platform anymore. Hence it seems we should update to 4.4 I-builds

Actually our next release is in October so we will need to target Kepler SR1.

This looks fixed already. If it is not I will be fix with Bug 430300.
