Currently the built-compare.css requires the core_sprites.png under the images sub folder. The commandSprites css class depends on that png file.
But all the stand alone compare widget needs are 4 images for the command renderer. We should build those 4 images as base64 URL into the built-compare.css.

fixed with http://git.eclipse.org/c/orion/org.eclipse.orion.client.git/commit/?id=d461dfb114a4d7affdbcda1e198a6a32d440d9eb.
I added a file called imageText.css, which is for the compare build only.
After the built-compare.css is built, for now, we just need an additional step to replace the "commandSprite" class and all the 4 "core-sprite-*" classes.

Also pushed the refined css into the build page.
