I'd like to enable Gerrit for the http://git.eclipse.org/c/jdt/eclipse.jdt.debug.git/ and http://git.eclipse.org/c/platform/eclipse.platform.debug.git/ repos.  

We still need direct push for the committers and for our e4Build build.eclipse.org userid (similar to /gitroot/platform/eclipse.platform.ui.git).  Also  please change the Project Options from "Merge If Necessary" to "Fast Forward Only"

I migrated the 2 debug repos as requested and left existing permissions in place.
