When expanding top-level cascade menu on Ubuntu 12.04 SWT.Arm event is not being sent to correspoding MenuItem listener.

This happens on Ubuntu 13.10 as well. SWT.Show evet also doesn't seem to work.

This version of Ubuntu is no longer a supported target environment, please file a new ticket against 4.9/4.10 if the issue occurs on Ubuntu 18.04.
