The file system commands on the Shell page are affected by this too, though the page does come up and non-FS commands work fine. Closing as part of a mass clean up of inactive bugs. Please reopen if this problem still occurs or is relevant to you. For more details see: https://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/orion-dev/msg03444.html |
Created attachment 232341 [details] screenshot I20130612-2230 My Orion workspace has the HTML5 Local File System plugin installed (I typically use Chrome). I went to try this same Orion instance in IE10 and the following happened on the Navigator page: - IE showed a "Only secured content is being displayed" notification (IE doesn't seem to like Orion's plug-in mechanism by default) - press its "Show All Content" button to re-load the page with plug-ins enabled - page reloaded, Orion showed a "Error: plug-in activation error" notification, which is good (IE doesn't like something about this plug-in, fine) - however the Navigator page was then left just showing "Loading" (screenshot attached) A plug-in that fails to activate should not render the whole page unusable, the bad plug-in should just be omitted.
