The orion.client feature lives in the server repo atm. We should move it to the right place.

orion.client feature as well as doc bundles are moved to the client repo. Tycho builds work fine, I am not sure if all changes needed by PDE Build are in though. I just updated orion.map with new bundles locations.

I will wait for the next build to see if everything is fine. Ken, could you trigger one?
