Updated primaryColumn class to reflect the new colour used for links. This class is used in compareTreeExplorer and behaves like links.

To test:

1. Go to Navigator
2. Select 2 folders
3. Select the 'Gear' and 'Compare with each other'
4. Observe colours of the 'link'

Overall, the page should probably be polished.
