Comparison may be launched from the notation file, then *.notation extension must be added to the EMF Compare content type in the diagram extension

This trivial fix only requires one change in /org.eclipse.emf.compare.diagram.ide.ui.papyrus/plugin.xml : add "notation" in the content-type association, just beside the existing "di" association.

The content types are now properly registered to the proper places.
