Java/Eclipse error

I did install the latest version of Java (as of 4th Jun, 2013) before installing Eclipse.
But still I get the same error message as in Bug # 82902.

So I created a jar/bin folder manually, and from Java folder, I copy/pasted the javaw.exe file in the folder mentioned in the error.

After this, when I try to open eclipse.exe, I get a different error message. The error message is added as an attachment.

I partially think this is because the Eclipse package does not create a jar/bin folder by itself.

Please let me know when you come around this issue.

Please use the Eclipse discussion forums, at http://eclipse.org/forums/, to get support with installing and using Eclipse.

If after doing so you still believe you have found a bug, please report it with full details of exactly how to reproduce it. You may find the advice at http://wiki.eclipse.org/FAQ_How_do_I_report_a_bug_in_Eclipse%3F and http://www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html to be helpful in getting support and in filing bugs.
