1. Go to a navigator (the Navigator page or the nav-in-editor one-- doesn't matter which)
2. Use "Go Up" until you're at the workspace root (Orion Content)
3. Unselect everything, then use the Delete command (or press Delete on the keyboard), then click OK when prompted to delete "Orion Content".

Fortunately nothing happens (it silently fails with an error). The command should just be disabled on the workspace root.
