1. Hover your cursor over the wrench
2. I expected to see cursor:pointer (a hand, in other words), but instead I see the default cursor.

There *is* a small ring around the icon that gets the expected cursor, but the wrench icon itself has the wrong one.

<div id="settingsTab_navigationlabel" class="navigationLabel dropdownTrigger"></div> has the cursor: pointer, but the size of it is 3px x 17px, and conveniently overlaps the wrench icon. I will look into adding a hover on the wrench and fixing the pointer.
