The shipped ant version 1.8.4 fails to run on JDK8. As a work around we could add -Dbuild.compiler=javac1.7 when generating the ant-launch config

adding the -D workaround when we detect java8 and ant 1.8.x with http://git.eclipse.org/c/efxclipse/org.eclipse.efxclipse.git/commit/?id=7e5d70ec0ddd62801a2629db6b0675f91ca7a594
