As is our tradition, every major release we try to thank and acknowledge those who have helped with the release. 

For reference, see last year's bug 380745 or its final edited form at

This year's page will (presumably) eventually be at 
http://www.eclipse.org/eclipse/development/acknowledgements_4_3.php

John will do the finally editing for the web page based on the comments collected here. 

You can submit your acknowledgments as text in a comment here, attachments, or, as patches ... that is, if you know where the git repository is for our web pages (if not, it is at 
ssh://<committerId>@git.eclipse.org/gitroot/www.eclipse.org/eclipse.git )
though the "base page" is not there quite yet. 

This is not part of a "build", so the final copy may not be finished until after the RC4 build ... but ... making your comments earlier is all the better so the incremental progress can be made.
