Steps to reproduce:
1. Import following url
 http://headlines.yahoo.co.jp/hl?a=20130524-00000016-mai-soci

The file is saved as hl?a=20130524-00000016-mai-soci (contains ?)
and cannot be opened.
As number of urls contain query string like that, ideally users
should be given an option to specify filename.
