1. In the navigator, select several files from different parent folders (you'll have to use the twisties to expand folders in place first).
2. Actions > Delete, then OK
3. When the delete is finished, only one of the folders updates itself.

A refresh bug exists after you copy a file as well -- the explorer always refreshes its root, rather than the affected folders selectively. When this happens, your selection and expanded/collapsed states of folders are lost.
