Many bugs in bugzilla are reported in a wrong project - many are reported
against JDT because people were programming in Java (not being aware how
many plug-ins contribute to the Java development experience).

For those bugs that contain a stacktrace it should be easy from the most
relevant org.eclipse name appearing in the stack to assign to the correct
component.

However, some names, especially in the WebTools area are not easy to make
sense of for an outsider. 
Example: org.eclipse.wst: could be WebTools Server Tools or Web Services.
And what the heck is org.eclipse.jst: either of the same two projects?
Ergo: namespaces are not in line with projects.

Ergo: we need a way to find which name in a stacktrace indicates which
project & component in bugzilla, because even for an eclipse committer
it is time consuming to figure out where to redirect to.

Maybe the new project management system could help, but it would be cool
if this information where not too many clicks distant from bugzilla.

Some descriptions of bugzilla components actually mention an org.eclipse.*
name, but (a) those are more likely the web sites not namespaces in source,
and (b) that information is incomplete.
