When there are more tabs than would fit the width of the window, a tab overflow list would show by clicking the tab overflow icon. To close an editor represented in the list, right-click on that item and choose "Close".

In Indigo and prior versions, closing an item in the tab overflow list would immediately remove that item from the tab overflow list.

In Juno, that behaviour is lost.

Workaround:
After closing an item on the list, click the tab overflow icon to refresh the list.
