Canceling the target installer job leads to this error: "Unable to locate installable unit org.eclipse.rap.feature.feature.group"

Ralf, I did dozen of installs/upgrades trying to reproduce it without success. Do you have any hint how to reproduce it?

OK... I've managed to reproduce it - you have to cancel the installation very quick after the dialog pops up.

Added a workaround with commit 8d522090defd1a67e10588196166abaa92acf466.
