1. Open a js file in the editor
2. Switch the left-hand pane to the Outline view.
3. Click on one of the parent breadcrumb segments
4. It appears to do nothing. 

We should switch the sidebar to the Navigator view (and if necessary expand the sidebar), so that the effect of your action is obvious.
