M2: Looks like filtering is not always applied to the Problems list.
I've specified "Filters/On working set: XXX" and title of the Problems View 
says "Problems (Filter matched 4 of 2,854 items)", however in the list, I 
presume, all ~3K problems shown.

Forgot to mention that this effect appears on restart of Eclipse. If to go to 
Filter options of Problems view, change something, apply and change back - the 
list will show correct number of items.
