Double click on a file in a detached Project Explorer window works only on first time. Works again only when moving to another tab and back.

Also other views on a secondary window do not work properly. For example, in Problems view Delete is grayed out.


To reproduce the problem:

1. Put Project Explorer on a secondary window (or detach the Project Explorer).
2. Double click on a file in Project Explorer. => The file opens in editor.
3. Double click on a different file => It does not open.
4. Change to a different view and back to Project Explorer. Now double click on a file => The file opens in editor.
