The menu appearing on a right click on a tab should offer all options available for the tab. For instance, "Window/New Editor" should also be offered there. The other functionality offered there should be a combination of "Window/New Window" and "Window/New Editor"+Moving the new tab to there.

In emacs speech, "C-x 2" and "C-x 5 2" should be offered in the context menu of each tab.
