Currently, in the Orion Editor, key words can be turned into HTML Links by holding down the Ctrl key on Windows.

If a user is not aware of this feature, it is not likely that they will discover this feature on their own, since there is no context menu in the editor and the option does not appear on the key binding list.  

It would be good if there was a way for the user to discover that this feature exists.  Some options might include:
* An entry on the Key Bindings list
* A check box on the toolbar to enable links, with a hover that shows 'Press ctrl to temporarily enable Link mode'.
