I wanted to set +2 for Code-Review and +1 for IP-Clean for https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/9004/. For some reason I can set just +1 for Review and that's all. For Platform Resources I have all options available. Could you fix Platform Team/Compare?

I think all committers lack +2 rights. I have the same problem too. Without those rights Gerrit reviews cannot be closed.

Looks like the issue was a stale ldap group.  I've updated the group for the team repo in Gerrit, let me know if you still don't see the +2 option.
