Impossible to create an event via the creation popup.
Example: the creation of a defferedEvent on a State followed by a creation of an event as proposed by the first creation window. In the second windows we cannot select a container for the event and thus finish the creation of the event.

Duplicate of Bug 402525

The dialogs need to be transactional to properly handle cascading dialogs.
