Open up Code Review. Everything looks fine. Click on refresh button at the top of the task editor. The box that shows the latest changes is now blank and doesn't update the rest of the task editor (for example, votes).

This was encountered after updating to the 3.9.0I20130408 version (April 8, 2013).

Thanks Lily! This will be fixed as part of 400168. If you have a chance, you could bootstrap https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/11012/ to try out the fix.
