1. Save a perspective by Save As
2. Open a Customize perspective and uncheck any toolbar option
3. toolbar hides on the current perspective.
4. Switch perspective back to original prospective
5. It remains hide the toolbar while the toolbar option is checked in Customize  prospective.

Can reproduce in 4.2.2 and M6.

Workaround: restart the workbench.

Verified in N20150218-2000 that bug 404009 is fixed.
