This is caused by a problem in the delta pack in the CBI builds. We are working on it. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 402343 *** |
Steps to reproduce: 1. Unzip Eclipse 4.3M6 SDK package + 4.3 M6 delta-pack package + EMF 2.9.0 M5 runtime package + GEF 3.9.0 M4 runtime package + DTP 1.11.0 nightly non-SDK package + Birt 4.3M5 birt-framework package 2. Install EGit 3. Clone birt repo: git://git.eclipse.org/gitroot/birt/org.eclipse.birt.git 4. Import project from Git: UI/org.eclipse.birt.report.designer.ui.rcp 5. Open BIRT.product, click 'Eclipse Product export wizard' 6. Click Finish, see screenshot Actual result: It just create several folders: >>configuration >>p2 >>plugins >>artifacts.xml >>eclipse.ini But can not generate a executable file(BIRT.exe) and no error log in console. It can generate executable file in Eclipse 4.3 M5.
