- Missing reference at MarkedASTFlattener.appendNodeType()
 - Add a testLambdaExpresion() in ASTTest()
 - in ASTTest.testNodeTypeConstants() 
need to check for missing references in others if any.

Won't fix for now. Would fix if required since this is a test-only enhancement for the new nodes.
