In repository explorer, when selecting a project in version subtree to tag it 
with other version name, once the operation is done, the entire version tree is 
collapsed, causing a loss of context (when multiple projects need to be 
processed).

It used not to do so, thus is a regression

Has probably been like this since 2.0. People just don't tag versions that often
:) This doesn't happen when tagging a project from HEAD.
