This may be an OrionHub issue - haven't tried elsewhere.

1) go to your profile settings, and delete any stored credentials for the git repo you are going to test with, and ensure the "Enable Storage:" checkbox is *cleared*.
2) make a change, commit, and try to push it to the remote repository.
3) right now, on OrionHub, I can't get Orion to accept my password.
4) Workaround is to press "More", and enter the ssh password in the Git Credentials dialog that opens.
