The "Create New Content" buttons do not work on the Node server. They rely on a server API for unzipping ZIPs that the Node server does not implement.

Need to either:
- hide "Create New Content" from the UI, or
- implement the API so it works

The "Create new content" part of the UI is long gone, and other bugs exist for the file upload issue.
