We're working on deprecating those pages as part of the projects.eclipse.org deployment.

Though this particular page will be deprecated, I suggest to maintain something similar. This makes it super easy to discover mailing lists of interest and on top of that not all mailing list are related to a project (e.g. cross project dev).
