I tried to push a new patchset for jgit change https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/8113/
This fails with an internal server error. I tried both pushing with egit and native git.

Could you check the error_log ?

after Chris pushed another patchset I succeeded to push mine for the same change :-( 

no idea what happened, it seems all my tries arrived in Gerrit, the patchset I wanted to fix was 19, the one I now succeeded to push is 24 :-O

Strange patchsets 20..22 (those I got an internal server error for on my side) didn't add a comment to this change.

I'll assume gc solved this.  We're running a gc on all Gerrit repos once a month now.
