[Table 2] Tablular Editor must allow to export table in several format : 
	- CSV
	- XLS (~supported by NatTable)

R10284 : Export to XLS done

R11431 and R11432 : correect the export to XLS (this action did a toString...), now it uses the class GenericDisplayConverter (from papyrus) and PapyrusExportFormatter.

Yes, the table can now be exported. I close the bug.
