The first time you visit the Settings page, no category is selected, so the right-hand side of the page is blank. 

This is probably because the default category on this page is "User Profile" (userSettings), but the Node server omits that category, so you get nothing.

Pushed to master:

- Made the settings page select the first category in the list if no category was previously selected
