Looking at "Updated" time shown in the "All > Open" dashboard it seems that the server's clock is wrongly set. I just uploaded a new patchset (around 1:30 AM) but it's updated time is shown as 9:25.

Maybe this was caused by the server move.

The gerrit server's clock was way off and was no longer syncing from build.eclipse.org.  That's now fixed.
