The original Nebula GridItem and GridColumn have a methods to control the possibility of the user the change the checkbox state. set/getCheckable is missing in the RAP port.

Fixed in master with commits a34cc6e43b7839101baa4cc688458996ef4eac00 and a65155bf42bb3e1b68375906a42c4b0a44133333.
