Reproducible with Controls Demo -> Spinner tab. Load the Spinner tab and look at the spinner up/down button icons. They looks the same even down button icon is disabled. Click up button and then the down button and you will see the normal disabled icon. Reproducible only in IE (and Eclipse internal browser).

It's reproducible with RAP 2.3 release, but not with 3.0+ (M1). Probably it's fixed meanwhile with our recent JavaScript cleanup.
