When an operation is running and server is down, the response is completely different from regular operations' responses and xhr responses. I"m attaching a screenshot.

I changed the response in a way is has a meaningful description, but I modified it so that it's Operation-like, with HttpCode instead of status. I tested it and it works with displaying errors in gitCommands etc. I wanted to make operations API xhr free.
