I tried to reproduce Bug 397665, but could not push to selected branch because of error after clicking OK:
TypeError: this.treeWidget is undefined in RemotePrompterDialog.js (line 235).
Same problem happens when you try to select an existing branch in the tree.

You may try to rollback RemotePrompterDialog to the commit before dijit removal or wait for Susan.
