Procondition:
- Using developer version of new accessor for e4 RCP AUT
- "File"->"Open" menu item has not been opened in AUT

Test with clicking the menu item "Open" fails, because the menu item does not exist in the e4 application model at this moment. This test does not fail, if the "File" menu has been opened previously.

This BUG does not exist, because the sub menu "Open" has a shortcut "Ctrl+O". Selecting this menu with "File/Open" and operator "equals" must fail. Instead selecting this menu with "File/Open.*" and operator "matches" works correctly in RCP version 3.7 and 4.2.
