In https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=385338 we have updated the DTP SQL Results view to use the current version of Lucene.  We can now remove the old Lucene 1.9.1 jar from our DTP distributions.

Replace org.apache.lucene version to 2.9.1
