In Bug 397034, the esprima JS code was moved out of the org.eclipse.orion.client.core bundle and into a new UI bundle. The new bundle needs a mapping entry in the "convert to self-hosting" list.

To pick up this fix, any existing sites will need to be refreshed by using "Convert to self-hosting" again.
