Steps:
1) Go to /navigate/table.html#
2) Navigate into some folder (in my case I went into /navigate/table.html#/file/szbra/test/?depth=1)
3) Navigate back to the root using breadcrumbs

thanks for catching, I think it had been broken since before Christmas.  "Create new content" should never show anywhere but the root location, we weren't emptying properly.
