In IE9 a TabFolder is not resized correctly. You can test this in the controls demo http://rap.eclipsesource.com/controlsdemo/controls#TabFolder.

Just move the SashForm to be smaller or larger.
Firefox and older IE is resizing correctly.

Fixed with commit 9f5cfa50d3e9cd66e2b537ce04f367dd555b3c6e

This was a result of switching to standard rendering mode in IE9 in the 1.5 release. We should definetely fix this in 1.5SR2.
