If you install the html5 file system, it is easy to reproduce.
1.Click on the non indexed file system on the left hand of navigator.
2.Press CONTROL+SHIFT+F to open the resource dialog.
At this moment, as the dialog starts to ask the crawler to prepare the file skeleton there should be a string "Building file skeleton.." under the search box and a progress gif on the right of the string.

But currently the string is displayed as multiple line and the gif file is rendered at the beginning.

The first fix was reserving space for progress even when not needed. Fixed again so that this is not the case.
