In the shell page you can use "node debug" to launch a node app with debug mode. But then you have to copy the debug URL from the console and paste it in the browser in order to start debugging.
We should have an action on a selected js file to do so.
The action should pop up a dialog to allow user to input a debugging port. Also the shell command uses "stop at the first line" option. We should expose this option in the dialog and default to true but use can just change it when starting a debug session.
